Between 11:28 and 12:01 AWST on Friday 18 September, a certificate management issue affecting our web services caused connections to zeniar.com and associated services to be rejected by browsers. While the underlying issue was present for 33 minutes, the window in which customers were likely to notice a disruption was considerably shorter, most affected users would have experienced an interruption of approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Users attempting to reach our services during that period may have seen a browser security warning or been unable to load the page. The issue has been fully resolved and all services are operating normally. We have reviewed the automated process responsible and are implementing additional monitoring to ensure this class of issue is detected and corrected well before it can affect availability.
