Email Server Settings for Zeniar Email
Use these settings to set up your email account in any email app. They are the same for every email address hosted with us.
Your Login Details
- Username: your full email address, for example you@yourdomain.com.au
- Password: the password for that email account, which is the one you use to log in to Webmail
Incoming Mail (IMAP)
- Server: webmail.zeniar.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
- Server: webmail.zeniar.com
- Port: 587
- Security: STARTTLS. Some apps list this as TLS or SSL/TLS
- Authentication: required, using the same username and password as incoming mail
Incoming Mail (POP3)
- Server: webmail.zeniar.com
- Port: 995
- Security: SSL/TLS
Please note: We recommend IMAP over POP3. IMAP keeps your email on the server, so every device shows the same messages and folders. POP3 downloads email to one device.
