Setting Up Email in Apple Mail on Mac

Learn how to add your email account to the Mail app on your Mac, so you can send and receive email without logging in to Webmail.

Steps

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac
  2. From the Mail menu at the top of the screen, select Add Account
  3. Select Other Mail Account and click Continue
  4. Enter your Name, Email Address and Password, then click Sign In
  5. Mail will report that it cannot verify the account and show more fields. Enter your full email address as the User Name
  6. Set Account Type to IMAP
  7. Enter webmail.zeniar.com as both the Incoming Mail Server and the Outgoing Mail Server
  8. Click Sign In
  9. Leave Mail ticked and click Done

Please note: Your password is the one you use to log in to Webmail. If you do not know it, see Your Email Password in Plesk

Note: Mail normally chooses the ports and security settings for you. If it asks for them, see Email Server Settings for Zeniar Email

Your email account is now set up in Mail on your Mac.
