Step-by-Step Guide
1. Login to Plesk from your Zeniar Portal
2. Click on Websites & Domains from the left toolbar
3. Expand the website that contacts the FTP user to delete
4. Click on FTP Access
5. Click on the tick box next to the account you wish to delete
6. Click on the Remove button at the top
7. Confirm by clicking Yes, Remove
A message will be displayed at the top confirming the deletion was successful
