Learn how to enhance the security of your Zeniar Portal account with 2-factor authentication (2FA). Mandatory for all new and existing accounts, 2FA provides an additional layer of protection, safeguarding both your personal information and the integrity of your websites.
Approximately 10 Minute Process
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Login to your Zeniar Portal
2. Click on your name located in the top right
3. Select Security Settings from the drop down menu
4. Click on the tab Two-Factor Authentication
5. Click on the Click here to Enable button
6. A box is displayed explain how the 2FA process works and the benefits of having this extra layer of projection
7. Click on the Get Started button to continue
8. On your smart phone, download either the Google Authenticator app or the Microsoft Authenticator app from your App Store

Download Microsoft Authenticator for Android
9. Open the authenticator app on your phone that you have downloaded
10. Add a new site by clicking the + on the app
11. Scan the QR code thats on the screen
12 Enter the code that is shown on your phone in the box on the Zeniar Portal
You must have it entered and saved before the code changes again
13. Click on the Submit button once you finished
All done! Your account is now protected by 2FA. When you go to login to your account next, you will be prompted to open the authenticator app and enter the 6 digit code.
