Introduction:

Learn how to configure your Outlook app on your Windows 11 device to seamlessly work with your email accounts set up in Plesk. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions, ensuring that you can easily access and manage your emails on your devices.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Outlook app on your device

2. Enter your email address and click Continue

3. Scroll down and select IMAP

4. Enter your email account password and toggle on the Show more option as shown below

5. Scroll down and enter the following details:

IMAP Incoming server: webmail.zeniar.com

Port: 993

Secure connection type: SSL / TLS (recommended) 

6. Scroll down further and enter the following details for Outgoing Server:

SMTP username: Your email address e.g. example@zenair.com

SMTP password: Your email account password

SMTP Outgoing server: webmail.zeniar.com

Port: 587

Secure connection type: SSL / TLS (recommended)

7. Click Continue

8. Click Continue again to sync your IMAP account to Microsoft Cloud

9. Your email client will now configure itself and once finished, Outlook will load with your emails.
